With the growth of WlLSUN's stainless steel and Nickel-Alloy Businesses in recent years, Wilsun's Managementhas decided to split WlLSUN's three core businesses intothree different subsidiaries located in different cities,which are HongKong,ShangHai and NanJing.They arerespectively responsible for different core import andexport businesses of Wilsun, among which :1,Shanghai Wilsun is responsible for importing nickelore, chromium ore, nickel plate, FeCr, and other relatedimporting businesses;2, HongKong Wilsun is responsible for exporting all kindsof Stainless Steel products,mainly S.S. seamless andwelded pipe/tube,fittings, and s.s. flanges;3, NanJing Wilsun is responsible for exporting all kinds ofNi-Alloy/Ti-Alloy/Co-Alloy and other specialalloys,mainly Inconel 600/601/617/625/718/738 andIncoloy 800H/825/925/926 and Hastelloy C-276/C22

2023 Shanghai/HongKongWilsun Hi-Tech Materials Limited haveestablished the NanjingWilsun Hi-Tech Materials Limited andWenZhou Wilsun Hi-Tech Materials Limited in March of2023,Nanjing Wilsun is the InternationalTrade Headquarter,beingin charge of exporting Ni-Alloy/S.S. Round Bar/Hollow Bar,SML/ERW pipes/tubes, fittings for HuZhou FuSteel Group.Wenzhou Wilsun is in charge of distributing the S.S.and 904L310S,NO8810,NO8825,NO6600,N06625 and other Ni-AlloyStock round bar and SML/ERW spot pipes in our warehouse. AndWilsun have invested in HuZhou HuaHeng New Material TechCo., Ltd. Located in LinHu Town Of HuZhou City in April.

Shanghai/HongKong Wilsun Hi-Tech Materials Limitedhave been exporting the S.S. SML/ERW pipes duringthe Covid-19 Pandemic situation these three years. AndHuZhou FuSteel Group have merged AnHui XiangYu SteelGroup all the melting mill Equipment and assets into oneBiggerAlloy Steel Group locate in the HuZhou City. AndWilsun ls in charge of lmporting the raw material forFuSteel group, eg. Stainless steel scrap, FeNi, FeCr, Nickel Cathode and etc.

2021 HongKong Wilsun Hi-Tech Materials Co.,Ltd haveestablished in Sept. of 2021 and mainly exporting our group allthe stainless steel products, Just like the Stainless Steel seamlesspipe/tube and Welded pipe and fittings and Shanghai WilsunHi-Tech Materials Co.,Ltd is in charge of importing the rawmaterial for our group, eg.Stainless steel scrap, FeNi, FeCr, CrOre, Ni Ore Nickel Cathode and Copper Cathode and etc.

XiangYu Group and Hong Kong Maxtech Materials Co.Ltd joint invested HuZhou Maxtech Tubing Co.,Ltd in May2014.lts main product was precision tube.The main targetmarkets are Korea,America and Japan etc.

ShangHai Wilsun Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd was founded in March2012,in charge of importing material and exproting SS productsof our Group.

2010

AnHui XiangYu Industry Group Co.,Ltd was founded inNovember 2008.We set up steel plant and brought 30tons electric arc furnace and VOD refinery furnace.Theoutput of SS round bar reached 100,000 tons per year.

AnHui XiangYu Stainless Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd was founded inFebruary 2008.Ve set up welded and seamless factory at thesame time.The output of SS welded pipe reached 20,000tons,output of SS seamless pipe reached 10,000 tons.
